Everything around me is lost
Reality has gone
Imagination has now come
Magic is now found.

I see dragons and wizards
Hunters and cowards

I’m inside the book
I think you know
I watch now as the story unfolds before my eyes
And suddenly as if I wasn’t even there

I swiftly come out of my book
Reality has come
Imagination has gone
But I know that
Whenever I want I can take a book
off the shelf and jump in to it
to go to a strange faraway land
